This is the most common method to using Glamrex:
▶️ Step 1) Use the heat and vibration setting to open up your pores and to help deeply clean them
▶️ Step 2) Wash your face with warm water then pat it dry
▶️ Step 3) Apply your serum/cream to your face and use the heat, vibration and red LED setting to massage it into your face. This helps increase absorption and stimulates collagen. You can still do this without using any products.
▶️ Step 4) Once absorbed, switch to the cold setting to lock in the moisture and shrink pores. You can also use the blue LED or red LED setting to kill bacteria and promote blood circulation.
▶️ Step 5) Use the USB cable to re-charge ready for the next session
Each person's results will be different based on lifestyle habits. Some of our users see results on the first night, and others take a few weeks. We are happy to help. Please send photos & videos of the damaged or broken product not working to: firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will assist you further. We must be notified within 48 hours of package arrival. We require photos or videos to best assist you.
We always try our best to cancel your order, however if your order has already been shipped or processed then we cannot cancel your order. When your order arrives and you decide to keep it or return it back to us, simply email us your decision.
If you would like to change your order then please do contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order but we always welcome a return if you would like to.
Our policy lasts 30 days from receipt of your order. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items must be in unused condition with the seals intact
